HubSpot Add On
For any operators who use HubSpot, we now have the option to integrate their live chat feature onto the site! This can help customers easily ask you questions or add their emails to your lists. The add on also allows the use of some of HubSpot’s other standard features, such as their data collection on form submissions. If you have HubSpot and would like to integrate some of their features on the site, please let us know.
Sticky Tabs Open External Links
Sticky tabs are the boxes, most commonly on tour pages, that can either show hidden content or scroll to a section further down the page to help with navigation. These normally help divide the tour pages information like the sections for Details, Good to Know, FAQs, Itineraries, etc. Instead of using the Sticky tabs solely for navigation on the same page, we can know make sticky tabs either open up another page from your site, or open up an external link. This is a great opportunity to include on pages that need quite complex content, like adding a direct link to a downloadable brochure, signing an online waiver, or opening a partner’s website. If you would like to add Sticky tabs linking to other pages on your site, please let us know
Piwik/Matomo Add On
Matomo, formerly Piwik, is a free open-source we analytics application used as an alternative to Google Analytics. Like Analytics, it tracks online visits and displays reports for your analysis. The add on allows us to place their custom tracking snippet onto the site without affecting the site performance, and should the need arise to create specific tracking on certain items, it is easier to do now that we have a base custom structure. If you prefer to use Matomo over Analytics, please let us know so we can help set up tracking.
